Why Maine?
Christians make up only 1% of adult Mainers. The need is great for the gospel to be shared, for believers to be strengthened and grow in their relationship with Jesus. 
 

Why outdoor adventures and retreats?

Inviting people into God’s creation is a wonderful way to build relationships, meet people where they are

are, create space for anyone to ask questions about Jesus and create authentic community. 
 

We are distracted, busy, and exhausted people.
 

6 in 10 Christians say that it’s “often” or “always” true that “the busyness of my life gets in the way of developing my relationship with God.” 65% of pastors say that busyness gets in the way of their life with God.

God’s call resounds: “whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.” (1 John 2:6). Among the primary obstacles to walking “as Jesus did” is a busy, overloaded, burned out life. The outcome - we are distracted from God and separated from the abundant, and victorious life He desires for us for the Glory of God.

God desires to know us intimately and give His people rest so they will know Him deeply, know who they are in Christ and find rest for their souls. Taking time for God to renew your heart, mind, and soul through retreats, adventures and experiential learning reminds us of the abundant life Jesus has for us as we walk in His light. 
 

We are called to disciple individuals and families to be rooted in Christ - to thrive - to walk in the same way in which Jesus walked.
